Upgrading your router or editing its wi-fi credentials can disrupt your ability to view your wi-fi camera feed on the website or mobile app. If that happens to you, follow these steps to reconnect your cameras to the new network:

  1. To begin, locate the WPS button on your router. (Note that WPS is not available on all routers. Refer to your router’s installation manual for additional instructions.)
  2. Next, locate the WPS or reset button on the camera. Press and hold the WPS button on the camera until the LED flashes blue (about three seconds), then release the button.
  3. Press and hold the WPS button on the router for six seconds to initiate pairing. Wait two minutes for the devices to pair. The camera LED may turn red, and will then flash green when fully connected.
  4. Once the camera’s LED is solid green, attempt to view the live video feed on the website or mobile app to verify that it functions properly.
  5. If using WPS mode fails, try using AP mode or using an ethernet cable.
